• The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including tags, labels, and any accompanying materials.
• A return or exchange request must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items marked as “Final Sale.”
• Custom-made or personalized products.
• Damaged items caused by improper use or mishandling by the customer.
